Meet The Team
Spectrum Homes is a local Lehigh Valley family construction company that has been building homes in the Lehigh Valley for over 45 years. Ken Snyder, CEO of Spectrum Homes, built the company on the foundation “The Difference Is in The Details” and quality products.
“The construction industry sure has changed over the years” states Ken Snyder. Change is inevitable, when building a home for our clients we approach each home as it should be… a custom home for our Customer. An educated Customer is a good costumer. They understand what their desires are and have a good idea of what they want to achieve when building their home. We take into consideration the families needs when reviewing the building sites, floor plans, the homes special features and finally the selections that are made during the building of their home.
We prefer to talk about function and flow with today’s clients. How will you live in the home from day to day, what type of design will work for you?
As for the façade, it’s a white canvas approach at Spectrum Homes. Today’s finishes are very detailed with lots of options.
Today’s clients have researched details for their future home such as moulding details, island designs, master bathroom finishes, master bedroom finishes and color palettes to be followed throughout the home.
